I’m Satchie Wolfe - Yoga teacher, somatic guide, writer, and space holder for people who are ready to step out of survival mode and into steady, grounded living.

I know this path intimately—not because I’ve mastered it, but because I continue to walk it. For years, I lived in the grip of anxiety and self-doubt, searching for peace I could never quite hold. What changed everything wasn’t “fixing” myself—it was learning how to come home to myself.
Through nervous system-informed yoga, breathwork, reflective writing, and intimate retreats, I offer spaces for you to reconnect with your body, release survival patterns, and create a life that feels deeply aligned, peaceful, and true.

I am a certified Stretch Coach through NASM. I have a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Family Resources from The University of Hawaii. I am currently studying towards my Masters of Yoga Studies Degree from Naropa University.
