I know this path intimately because I’ve walked it myself.
For years, I felt lost in anxiety and self-doubt - pulled in different directions, unsure of what was true for me. Through the practices of yoga, meditation, and deep self-inquiry, I began to reconnect with my center. The unraveling that followed became a path of healing — one that continues to guide me closer to my most authentic expression.
Today I guide others on their own journey inward - toward alignment, presence, and a life that feels deeply true.
I’m Satchie Wolfe, a yoga and meditation teacher, writer, and mama based on Oʻahu. My classes and offerings support you in feeling more centered, more connected, and more at ease in your body and life. My approach is heart-led and rooted in years of practice, study, and personal transformation.

*I have over 700 Hours of Yoga Certifications (Wanderlust Yoga, Sarvanguna Yoga, Quietmind Yoga). Additionally Prenatal and Postnatal Certified through BlissBaby Yoga. I am a certified Stretch Coach through NASM. I have a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Family Resources from The University of Hawaii. I am currently studying towards my Masters of Yoga Studies Degree from Naropa University.
