Aloha.

I’m Satchie Wolfe, a yoga and meditation teacher, stretch coach, and mama. I have been practicing yoga for 15 years and teaching since 2018.

I teach a gentle approach to yoga, (prenatal & postnatal certified), weaving in mindfulness to inspire more presence both on and off the mat. I aim to create a safe space for you to go within and quiet the mind. As a Mama myself, I know the aches and pains of motherhood - I create practices to help you find relief.

My Story

I lived with anxiety and depression for most of my young life. I started practicing yoga in 2008 as a college freshman. The years that followed were full of self exploration, heartache, and travel. I found myself at rock bottom living in another country. To the outside world I was living a fairy tale, only I knew how much I was suffering. I had gained 40lbs in less than a year, anxiety and depression were at an all time high, I developed an eating disorder, and I felt totally lost. I realized it didn’t matter where in the world I went or what the outer circumstances were. The problems lived in my body, mind, and spirit. I needed to go within to heal before I could be at peace.

I spent the next few years dedicated to Svadhyaya (Study of Self & Yoga texts). I committed to the yogic path, practiced yoga daily, living the Yamas & the Niyamas. In 2018 I finished my first Yoga Teacher Training. I was fully committed to learning all I could about Yoga and growing as a teacher.

I dedicated myself to Selfless Service and spent a year serving in AmeriCorps.   Following my service I traveled to India to study yoga in depth and received my 300Hour Certification.  It was there where everything clicked. I began to understand the system of Yoga and the many tools to help reduce my suffering.  I experienced a significant inner transformation. Upon returning to the States, my journey continues as I share the tools I learned overseas.

As a new Mama I have experienced a new level of sleep deprivation, stress, and anxiety.  The tools of yoga have allowed me to stay centered and thrive during challenging times.  I know the struggles of being a Mother in the modern day!   I am here to share the ancient wisdom of Yoga with you to help you on your own unique journey!

*I have over 700 Hours of Yoga Certifications (Wanderlust Yoga, Sarvanguna Yoga, Quietmind Yoga). Additionally Prenatal and Postnatal Certified through BlissBaby Yoga. I am a certified Stretch Coach through NASM. I have a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Family Resources from The University of Hawaii. I am currently studying towards my Masters of Yoga Studies Degree from Naropa University.
