Creating a Sacred Space
Hi friend! I want to share more content around rituals that I do every day to help keep me grounded and manage my anxiety. Before I go on I just want to say that if you haven’t been feeling like yourself, experiencing anxious feelings, or a sense of overwhelm or defeat it is OK! The more I have opened up about my personal internal battles the more I have heard from others about the struggles and thoughts they are fighting. That’s because WE ARE WARRIORS. If you are here reading this, then something in you knows that a different way of being is possible. That’s your inner wisdom guiding you. Listen to that. I’m here to offer some tips and tricks I’ve discovered over the years and share the things that have worked for me. To me, anxiety is a state I can find myself in when I’m not taking care of my mind, body, spirit and when I get lost in my mental chatter. It is not who I am. It is a temporary state that I can get out of. Understanding yourself, what leads you to an anxious state, and learning the tools that work for you can CHANGE YOUR LIFE.
